Notes
A CD of all images is included in package with reproduction rights for personal, non-commercial use only.
Engagement and or Bridal Photos can be included in any package under 8 hours for an additional charge of $150.00 for 1 hour shoot.

Mileage
No out of town weddings under 5 hours if location is outside a 60 mile radius from Beeville Texas
Any out of town sessions will be charged $1.00 per mile (one way) extra
No mileage charge for sessions within 30 mile radius of Beeville

Pre-Wedding & Pre-Quinceañera Portraits
The price below is also for family shoots, engagement photos, or a very small wedding under 1 hour, but Does NOT INCLUDE parties, dances or any of the above listed occasions.
- $150.00 per session: Includes 2-8x10 color machine prints plus CD of all photos with printing rights. Full payment due before photo session.
- Sitting Fee: A sitting fee of $25.00 is applicable for one pose shots in Beeville area and $35.00 out of town.
- Location Shoots: I love to shoot on location. I attempt to work with natural surroundings especially where you are comfortable. So, if you want to be photographed at a beach, we go to a beach or if you want a river scene, we go to a river.
Just know there is a one-way mileage fee extra for this and $50.00 an hour after the first hour of shooting. A mileage of $1.00 per mile (one way) extra will be charged for out of town sessions. No mileage charge for sessions within 30 mile radius of Beeville.
- Retainer: A 20% non-refundable retainer is due at time of all bookings - Applies to Individual or Family Photo Shoots.
- Turnaround: There are absolutely NO one day turnarounds on photography. Your photos will take a few days to process, you will be notified when they are on-line.
- No Video Services: I do not videotape events.

EULA (End User License Agreement)
- Client will not be allowed to sell, post for advertisement, receive payment for, any of the prints from the Photo CD provided without the express permission and or payment for additional services to Sylvia Garcia-Smith of Sylvia’s Images. Client may print as many photos as desired for their own personal, non-commercial use.
Shipping
- Postage & Handling: $3.50 charge for postage and handling of each order
- Delivery: Be aware that photos will not be shipped immediately; it takes time to process the images and I process photos the following day after completing the event. I will print photos as they are ordered and will ship them within a few days after the event. If you would like an estimate of delivery time for your order, please contact me by phone or email.
- Disclaimers: Once merchandise leaves my home, it becomes the responsibility of the shipper and the receiving party. I am not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged shipments.
I am not responsible for return shipping costs if items are damaged when received by the recipient.
Photography Classes
- For those of you that are interested, I do teach photography classes at a rate of $25.00 an hour - 4 hours at $75.00. If you need to learn how to work your camera, learn to take great photos or just work your camera with photos, call me and we can set up a time to teach you the basics. sgs
